【概述】

冷熱沖擊試驗是用于考核產品對周圍環境溫度急劇變化的適應性，是裝備設計定型的鑒定試驗和批量生產階段的例行試驗中不可缺少的試驗，在有些情況下也可以用于環境應力篩選試驗。

【實驗/設備條件】

燈具行業做冷熱沖擊試驗的原因有：

1）、燈具的塑膠外殼無法承受環境能力，在高低溫沖擊時，LED塑膠外殼容易催化破壞。

2）、燈管在溫度急劇變化環境下會出現燒壞的情況。

3）、照明燈的電路板芯在冷熱沖擊環境下容易短路。

【樣品提取】

若燈具體積大，可抽取1-2臺燈具做試驗，若燈具體積很小，可抽取100-200支做測試。根據貴司的的測試條件，若沖擊試驗有緩沖的測試要求的，則選擇三箱冷熱沖擊試驗箱。若試驗要求迅速5s以內，沒有緩沖要求，則選擇兩箱冷熱沖擊試驗箱。

【實驗/操作方法】

打開皓天冷熱沖擊試驗箱，設置您所需的測試參數，舉例：沖擊溫度設定在-40℃至150℃，做5個循環，每個循環有99組，燈具通電測試，點亮直至試驗結束，燈具自動熄滅。

【實驗結果/結論】

合格的燈具在冷熱沖擊試驗的測試過程中，燈具在經過高溫高壓測試后，不能出現表面脫漆、變色、開裂、材料變形等異常現象。燈具在經過沖擊測試后，不能發生漏電，點等不良等電氣異常現象。
