分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 25.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 28-35 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

制劑（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PB, 0.5M NaCl, 0.1M L-arginine (pH 8.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

重構方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
