表達區間及表達系統（Source）	Biotinylated Human FcRn Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Ala24-Ser297(FCGRT)&Ile21-Met119(B2M).[Accession \| P55899(FCGRT)&P61769((B2M)]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 46.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-55 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
內毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
活性（Activity）	SPR Data:Biotinylated Human FcRn, His Tag captured on CM5 Chip via anti-his antibody can bind Trastuzumab with an affinity constant of 0.557 uM asdetermined in SPR assay .
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重構方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

儲存條件

1.The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2.2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3.3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

4.Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
