Human IL-1 Rrp2/IL-1 R6 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Asp20-Arg335.[Accession | Q9HB29-1]

分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 39.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.

重構方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
