C9920-02利用光致發(fā)光法來進(jìn)行快且準(zhǔn)確的量子效率測(cè)量。該系統(tǒng)包括了一個(gè)激發(fā)光源、單色儀、可以產(chǎn)生氮?dú)饬鞯姆e分球以及一個(gè)CCD光譜儀用于同步測(cè)量整個(gè)光譜。該系統(tǒng)還配有專用軟件，可以在測(cè)量結(jié)束之后直接計(jì)算測(cè)量結(jié)果使整個(gè)過程更加用戶友好。該系統(tǒng)有兩個(gè)樣品臺(tái)可以用來放置薄膜、粉末以及用比色皿承裝的液體樣品，非常方便。C9920-02現(xiàn)可以廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)、生物以及學(xué)術(shù)研究等領(lǐng)域。
