Air cylinder, cupule, pressure sensor: 32 set (Each cupule controled by a cylinder and a pressure sensor)
Vacuum cupules: 32 pcs, between cupules is adjustable, all universal frame, assure uniformity on the surface of module after deflect. ensure 32 pressure points uniformly.

High precision load detection system: Nonlinear degrees is no more than 0.5%FS
Loading tracking system: According to the test process, certain slope, platform, system can preprogram on the need for the pressure, and drive system can load to module.

High precision loading drive system: With main components of load actuators, precision is not more than 0.2% F.S.
Automatic adjustment fast loading system: In the long time testing process, many factor lead to changes in load of the module, and the system can be applied to repair pressure tend to constant load.

The system can store 256 group of prefabricated load curve, convenient operator calls or storage common load curve, decrease working intensity and error probability.
