主要功能

WinRHIZO 是一套用于洗根后的分析根系的多功能軟件系統,可以分析根系長度、直徑、面積、體積、根尖記數等,功能強大,操作簡單,廣泛運用于根系形態和構造研究。

儀器內置專門的雙光源照明系統,有效的去除了陰影和不均勻現象的影響,從而提供高分辨率的彩色圖像和黑白圖像,讀取TIFF,JPEG 標準格式的圖像。并采用非統計學方法測量計算出交叉重疊部分根系長度等參量,大大提高了分析結果的準確性。同時,Pro版軟件還可以進行更加復雜的根系顏色分析、連接分析、拓撲分析和分級伸展分析。

測量參數

根系整體參數:總根長、平均直徑、總表面積、總投影面積、總體積、根尖數、分支數和交叉數等。

根直徑等級分布參數:根長、表面積、投影面積、體積、根尖數。

根系顏色分析參數:顏色類或群的根長、投影面積、表面積、平均直徑、體積、根尖計等。

根系連接分析參數:用于根系分支角度、連通性等形態研究

根系拓撲分析參數:連接數量、路徑長度等研究(需要根系完整)

根系分級伸展分析參數:記錄根系整體等級分布情況(需要根系完整)

圖像中獨立單個樣品分析:單個樣品分別的形態、連接、拓撲、分級伸展分析。

擬南芥版

擬南芥版除具備專業版的所有功能外,還具備如下功能:

· 對未接觸到一起的幼苗、根系或其他樣品,獨立進行分區并分析;除了對圖像中的總樣品進行統計分析外,對每個獨立的樣品亦可進行統計分析

· 可根據圖像類型,將樣品邊界框的長度和寬度轉換成植物的高度和寬度或葉片的長度和寬度

· 對圖像中每個獨立的物體自動進行面積計算(如果不事先對圖像進行編輯,則重疊部分不計算,接觸到的物體算一個)



選購指南:

系統由以下兩部分組成:

圖像撲捉系統:經過廠家調試的標準根系掃描設備,匹配專門的光源,根系固定裝置等。

· STD4800:掃描面積 22×30 cm,投影面積 20×25 cm,分辨率 4800 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.005 mm

· LA2400:超大掃描面積 31x44 cm,投影面積 31x42 cm,分辨率 2400 DPI,可分辨最小粒子 0.011 mm

根系分析軟件:基本版 /標準版 /專業版/擬南芥版 WinRHIZO 分析軟件。
