Stycast 2850FT Black Epoxy supplied with 23LV catalyst for longer working pot life than standard
2-part filled epoxy
Used for encapsulating electrical connectors, thermometers and other assemblies used at cryogenic temperatures
Low Viscosity catalyst for good penetration
Thermal expansion matched to brass
Pot life 60 min
16-24 Hours curing at RT
Other catalysts available on request (image shows 24LV catalyst)
2. Stycast-2850(24LV)-1KgStycast 2850FT Black Epoxy
2-part filled epoxy
Used for encapsulating electrical connectors, thermometers and other assemblies used at cryogenic temperatures
Lowest Viscosity catalyst for best penetration
Thermal expansion matched to brass
Pot life 30 min
8-16 Hours curing at RT
24LV catalyst supplied as standard: other catalysts on request
3. Stycast-2850(9)/1KgStycast 2850FT Black Epoxy supplied with catalyst 9 for longer working pot life than standard
2-part filled epoxy
Used for encapsulating electrical connectors, thermometers and other assemblies used at cryogenic temperatures
Other catalysts provide lower viscosity mix
