分子別名（Synonyms）	ACE2;ACEH;ACE-2
表達區間及表達系統（Source）	Human ACE2/ACEH Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Gln18-Ser740.[Accession \| Q9BYF1-1]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 109.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 115-130 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
內毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized SARS-COV-2 Spike S (B.1.1.529/Omicron) Trimer, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human ACE2, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 13.7ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重構方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

儲存條件

1.The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2.2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3.3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

4.Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
